Backed by Our Promise
Our Guarantee
"Your success is our success."
We stand behind our training with powerful, program-specific guarantees. Every program has clearly defined terms — and we honor them without hesitation.

All 4 Live Group Sessions
Attend every scheduled session, including weekly check-ins and graduation.
Weekly Progress Post
Post at least one progress update in the group channel each week.
All Weekly Homework
Submit practice videos and complete all assigned homework on time, every week.
Active Participation
Engage in the community — ask questions, report struggles, receive feedback.
This guarantee is built to reward full participation. The items below may make you ineligible for the win-your-money-back outcome.
- Missing required live sessions, check-ins, or graduation without coordinating an approved make-up per policy
- Not submitting the required baseline ("before") videos on time (or submitting videos that don't meet the required criteria for verification)
- Not submitting weekly homework / practice videos as required, or repeatedly submitting incomplete work after reminders
- Refusing or repeatedly failing to follow the program's required management plan during the challenge (handling rules, setup rules, safety protocols)
- Using training tools or methods that conflict with the program rules during the challenge (e.g., aversive/punitive methods if prohibited), which makes progress and verification unreliable
- Withholding, minimizing, or misrepresenting key safety information during intake (e.g., bite history, human-directed aggression, severe reactivity, known triggers, legal restrictions)
- Arriving to sessions without required safety equipment (leash, collar/harness, muzzle if required, etc.) or refusing required handling instructions needed to keep sessions safe
- Behavior that makes safe participation impossible (e.g., repeated attempts to bite, uncontrolled aggression at sessions, inability to remain under threshold with the required management tools) if the team determines the current program format is unsafe
- Violating community standards in a way that disrupts safe participation (harassment, unsafe advice, refusal to follow group rules), including removal from the community space
- Failing to engage with support when needed (e.g., repeatedly not responding to coach outreach when homework is missing and deadlines pass)
- Requesting a refund after initiating a chargeback, disputing payments, or engaging in fraudulent behavior (the guarantee is void in these cases)
- Attempting to transfer participation to another handler/dog, or substantially changing the dog's training environment mid-challenge in a way that prevents consistent verification (unless the coach approves a plan)
- Not using reasonable veterinary care when a medical issue is clearly impacting training (pain/injury/illness) and continuing without clearance, making results unverifiable and potentially unsafe
If something happens that could affect your eligibility (travel, illness, emergencies), tell us as soon as possible. When we can safely do so, we'll help you stay on track with make-ups or an adjusted plan.
Complete all five — and if the program doesn't deliver, you don't pay.
Goal-Based Guarantee
This is a focused private program. We pick ONE measurable goal together at the start (the "Primary Goal"). We work the full advertised program scope AND track the Primary Goal. If you meet the requirements and your dog does not hit the Primary Goal by the end of the program, you receive a full refund.
How It Works
01
Define the Goal
We pick ONE measurable and observable Primary Goal at the start.
02
Follow the Plan
Attend sessions, complete homework, and maintain the management plan.
03
Measure & Verify
We use clear before/after criteria to verify the goal was met.
Example Primary Goals
- Walk calmly past other dogs without lunging
- Hold a reliable down-stay in a public setting
- Demonstrate comfortable on-leash exposure to neutral dogs
- Greet unfamiliar people without aggression
- Respond to handler cues under threshold distractions
- Achieve agreed-upon threshold distances with measurable improvement
- Missing sessions without approved reschedule window
- Not completing assigned reps/homework required to measure the goal
- Not using required management/safety equipment (e.g., leash, long line, muzzle if recommended/required)
- Withholding bite history, aggression incidents, or other material intake details that change the plan/safety profile
- Safety rule violations that prevent safe training sessions (for people, dogs, staff, or the public)
- Using tools or methods that directly conflict with the training plan/safety protocol during the program (if applicable)
- Major medical/medication/health changes that materially affect behavior not disclosed during the program (if relevant)
- Any conduct that prevents completing sessions safely (e.g., repeated no-shows, hostile behavior, unsafe handling)
If you have questions about eligibility, contact us before your first session.
Safety Standard Guarantee
This program is for serious reactivity and aggression risk. We define specific goals and a "Safety Standard" during the initial consult. Our guarantee means we provide continued support until the Safety Standard is met.
What is a Safety Standard?
The Safety Standard is the written, measurable success criteria we define together during your consultation. It describes what "safe and manageable" means for your dog in your real life — using the agreed handling plan and risk controls.
Examples of Safety Standard Goals
- Controlled neutrality past other dogs at an agreed threshold distance (distance defined during consult)
- Visitor protocol safety: dog can be managed safely using the agreed plan (crate/place/behind barrier, muzzle if required)
- Reliable Place for 20 minutes during a meal or structured visitor-entry routine
- Reduced intensity + recoverability: reactions de-escalate and dog returns to baseline within X seconds/minutes (define "X" during consult)
- No uncontrolled lunging within agreed environments under proper handling (equipment + management plan followed)
- Handler control metrics: improved response to disengage cues / emergency U-turn / pattern games (as defined in the plan)
Your specific Safety Standard is defined collaboratively during your consultation.
Our Commitment
If you complete the program and the mutually-agreed goals are not met, we continue working with you at no additional cost until they are. No re-enrollment, no extra charges.
- Repeated missed sessions / repeated no-shows without an approved reschedule window
- Not following required safety protocols (muzzle, leash, barriers, crate/place plan) when specified
- Repeated unsafe exposure outside the plan (e.g., testing thresholds, unmanaged greetings, dog parks) that undermines the program
- Materially inaccurate or withheld bite history / prior incidents / known triggers disclosed after the plan is built
- Introducing new high-risk environments or scenarios without trainer approval when safety planning is required
- Failure to promptly communicate setbacks, incidents, injuries, or escalations that materially affect the training plan
- Using off-plan training methods or aversive tools that conflict with the safety plan (if applicable)
- Handler noncompliance that prevents safe continuation (trainer determines the risk threshold)
- Aggression escalation caused by unmanaged variables outside the plan (e.g., repeated uncontrolled exposure), where continued support would be unsafe until corrective steps are taken
- Threats, harassment, or behavior that violates staff/community safety policies
Whenever possible, we'll first try to pause, stabilize, and re-align the plan before anything is voided. Safety comes first.
Common Questions
Guarantee FAQ
Each program has specific attendance, homework, and safety requirements to ensure we can accurately measure progress safely. Please check the 'Requirements' or 'Conditions' section under your specific program above for the exact checklist.
Consistent attendance is key to our guarantees. While life happens, missing sessions without an approved reschedule or make-up plan may void your guarantee coverage. Always communicate with us as early as possible if an emergency arises.
Yes. If your priorities or your dog's needs change significantly, we can adjust the plan. Any mutually agreed-upon changes to your primary goals or safety standard will be documented and the guarantee will apply to those new baselines.
For the Calm Companion Challenge, all videos are submitted directly within our dedicated community platform. For private programs (PA and RDI), you will share updates directly with your trainer via your assigned channel.
Generally, failing to follow the safety plan, withholding critical behavior history (like bites), or repeatedly not doing the required work will void a guarantee. See the specific dropdown accordion in each program section above for the full list.
